The complex has 125 apartments, renovated in 2005. To make guests' stay even easier, experienced hotel staff can help them choose their apartment and all the residence's services can be selected la carte. The residence has its own covered parking and a bike cellar. A laundry service is available.

The residence is near the Lyce Pierre Mends-France.

Check in is Monday to Friday from 8:00h to 12:30h and from 15:00h to 19:00h; Saturday from 08:30h to 12:30h and from 14:00h to 16:00h. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. In case of arrival on these days, please call the reception to obtain some access codes. No breakfast on Sunday and public holidays.
